Hello Everyone,

I have very important question about my application. I saw one post from someone that she received call from CPC about signing back of pictures. I am not sure what that mean because if i remember i have not signed anything. My Question is do you have sign back of picture? Is that recommendable to change address and phone number during your application process?
please advise??

i think your talking about the 9 pc. photograph? in part 3 there is a 9 photograph requirement and you have to sign 1 of the photo put your name, birth date signature and date taken. if you change your address and phone no. you have to inform them as soon as possible.

Hi filipina,

thanks for the quick response. I have not signed back of any picture also I sent 8 pictures in envelope and attached one one front.
Are they going to return sponsorship application or they will approve and ask it to submit i to local processing office after getting AOR?
If I called for address change will they point out that why I did not mentioned this change earlier? I am planning to call customer service for updating phone number.

The guide says this....

·On the back of one photo (and only one) in each set, write the name and date of birth of the person appearing in the photo as well as the date the photo was taken.


Nothing about signing?

oh i forgot maybe it depends on local visa, because in our local visa office in Manila they require 9 photos and in 1 of each set they require name birthdate, date taken and signature. I read some previous post someone forgot to put name and birthdate and the cpc return all the package just to provide 1photo with name and birthdate. i hope they wont return yours.

about the address and phone they need to know the updated because they gonna send you a letter and they might call you for further question or additional documents.

what happens if and when they send the application back? are they gonna still transfer the file first to london, uk and then send the
pics back to me or what, if anyone knows?

Nov.01,2010....e-CAS stated "DM"
Nov.03,2010....received a letter from CIC
