:( Okay I have done my crying. This is so stressful. I made a mistake.

On the website it says that your medical exam will be required after you submit your application. I kept seeing here in this forum that everybody sent their medicals before handing in their application. Since I live outside of Canada I figured maybe that was inland.

Anyways I have already written to the embassy, probably tomorrow I will get an answer. I went ahead and called the DMP to see if he might enlighten me with a solution. He clarified the procedure for me for sponsor applications. The upside is that he can give me the paper that is needed to be filed along with the application within the day. I could fed ex everything the next day.

My question is should I just wait because maybe CPC already sent my application package back to me. Or should I risk it and send it by next Monday it could be in Mississauga by Wednesday Nov 9.

CPC Mississauga received my FAM APplication on Oct 14.

Bad day today but tomorrow will be better!!!
VT :'(

I don't know if they will reject your sponsorship application because you didn't send in your medical. At this point it might be worth waiting until its transferred to your local visa office and send the medical there. But to be honest I'm not really sure. Someone else might have a better idea if you post iton the main forum.

Thanks MandiF. It's been only a few days and Im already tired of waiting. lol.

Oh yes, the waiting is a nightmare, just gotta keep busy and looking forward. There's good days and bad days and just hope that time flows swiftly until its all completed.

Thanks Mandi for doing the chart! Haven't even passed the first stage and I'm going nuts but trying to act normal. Not sure if thats possible though :)

waiting was very stressful... :( hope u guys post some update ;)

Hard to keep busy because I can't work here or go to school, so I just sit home all day. Also, with only my husband working, money is tight. :( But at least the application is sent off and I just checked with Canada post, it says they are supposed to recieve it on the 4th.

Good luck everyone, hopefully we all will hear something soon.

Coldgirl count your blessings you're with your hubby. My boyfriend can't work either and he's going crazy too. He works out...alot LOL. A good time to get to the gym or perhaps volunteer to get you out of the house :)

Yes, I joined the gym too, lol. Yes, shouldnt complain, at least I have my husband with me, plus he never complains or makes me feel about me not doing anything. So, I AM blessed. :)

We're getting close, everyone! They have updated the website to state that CPC-M is now processing sponsorship applications received up to October 1: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/canada/process-in.asp#sponsorship. That was a very quick change, considering the fact that it said "up to September 27" for only a few days before they updated it again.

Notice that their current processing time has increased slightly from 38 days to 41 days.

MandiF - Just wanted to let you know that I sent my application off on the 21st of October, not the 22nd (not that 1 day really makes any difference lol), and that Vegreville received it on the 25th. So when you have a minute to update the chart at some point, stick whichever date on there that you'd prefer.

Thanks for adding me though! ;D

i know. each day is like a ages..

Lets hope they keep the quick updating and then the waiting will be over before we all know it... I was really excited to see October on that update!
Best wishes to everyone that this month goes by quick for you :D

So...I got a letter from immigration today, which freaked me out. But when I opened it, it said they approved my visa extension which I applied for a couple of months ago. What a relief...I can't travel outside Canada but at least I know Im legal here.

Hoping everyone will heard good news soon!

i think your husband have to submit the updated ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION Form after u got approved in your sponsorship. how come u didn't include your baby before u passed your papers? you gave birth septemeber right? and you passed your papers october? canadian baby is not a problem but in your husband application he have to declare all his family members including any changes in the family. and your baby is one the best proof that your relationship is genuine.
