why does the vo request med´s if they are already in the application??? just wonder.

this visa process makes me mental somehow, it seams like my life is ruled by it. i´m dizzy since we sent the application

we just send them the copy of medical test form with reference number to that medical centre where tests were taken, we dont send them test results thats why they requests our test results from that particular medical centre using that reference number once application arrives in the VisaOffice!

guys question bago lang po.. may na recieve yung asawa ko na sulat and they need additional papers about personal history but my question is this. meron kasing nakalagay na date from july 1999 till present na may sulat pa galing sa officer kung ano ginagawa ng asawa ko .. but sa buttom question sa addresses wala naman nakasulat kung need nyang sagutan yung question.. ano sa tingin nyo guys sasagutan nya ba yun or yung need lang ng officer?

Hello Guys,

I sent my documents to attorney for Quebec Skilled Worker Program in Jan'2011.

Attorney sent the documents to Hongkong Office on Feb'04'2011. I got a letter from Government of Quebec on Mar'15'2011 mentioning that they don't recognize my attorney and needs to file for representation as per new policies effective from Feb'02'2011. They also returned my Credit Card payment form as processing payment of $395. This letter had one file number on it, starting with HA.

Then, I sent one representation form to my attorney and they filled for represntation along with $100 as representation fee. He filled for represntation in Apr'2011. Also, he sent the payment for processing again in May'2011.

I havn't heard anything back from anyone yet. Please share your experiances.

just checked online for an update and it reads "Permanent Residence Application Status - Application Received - We received **************'s application for permanent residence on May 5, 2011".

little confused. is that what we consider here to be the "file transfer|???

Don't trust me on this, but I bet it's the AOR - acknowledgement of receipt. Anyone else able to confirm this?

You know what would be nice? An exchange program. I am sure there are Canadians wanting to immigrate elsewhere... why couldn't I just have my husband trade with one of them?

They do it for students...

I think a foreign-exchange program for spousal immigration would be a wonderful change

Yeah... these are some of the random, strange thoughts I get when I feel desperate to see my hubby lol

I think for the AOR you need to get a letter or email from the VO where your file its been transfer, like in my case I apply outland Mexico city, I check the web page of the Canadian Embassy in Mexico and it says:

Family class

Spouse, common-law-partner, conjugal partner and accompanying children

Letter of Acknowledgement after the application from CPC- Mississauga is received: 15 working days

Hello all:

Hoping someone can answering this:

My app is currently in Buffalo, received April 28th. My sponsor was notified in her approval email that the application was going to be sent to Buffalo.

Should I have expected a letter or email as the applicant that notifies me that my app is in Buffalo?
