Thanks for updating. For my application, sponsorship was approved on 4/20/2011, file transferred on 05/04/2011 and meds received on 05/05/2011.

Thanks, Tulamoon! We called Quebec today and found out they mailed my CSQ on May 13...haven't received it yet, but I should this week. I hope Buffalo has received it and can now begin processing my application.

I haven't heard anything from London yet, it's so frustrating they don't send AOR and you never know anything about your case until they have dicided something on your application!!!

and e-CAS is good for nothing but we still check it like atleast 5 times a day, lol

My heart just dropped after seeing this. TWO applications that recieved sponsor approvals as I have have been recieved in Buffalo early may. Its getting closer to the end of the month and it still says not avail under buffalo when I check our application. Im incredibly happy for everyone that things are getting on their way and we will soon be reunited with our s/o. ALL I want i to know is that my application package hasn't been lost.

Hello everyone!
My wife is a canadian citizen and we got married in Feb 2011. I am from India. We have sent file to missisauga on 17th and reached on 18th march 2011, they started processing file and apporoved it on 19th april and 29th april they received file at new delhi. On 11th may 2011 they sent me letter and i received on 19th may and they asked for my pcc, landing fee and passport and i sent my passport.
Now my questions are:
1. How long will they take to issue me a visa? The status ecas showing APPLICATION RECEIVED.
2. Why they asked the passport exactly for? What do they do after receving the passport. Is there any chance of interview after I sent my passport.
3. When is the time when interview is scheduled?

Please help! Your help would be greatly appreciated!!

Did you hear from Mississauga yet? Have they approved your application yet? We have similar time lines, I sent mine on 3rd of March 2011 and I haven't heard nothing from them yet.And we are already at the end of may!! Really frustrating this waiting game..

We heard from 'sauga April 20 for sponsor approval. Just waiting to know whether Bufallo has it or not

Does anyone know how to go about changing the primary applicants (me) address with Buffalo before you have a file number? I've seen all sorts of mixed comments on the forum. I live in the Caribbean and am leaving in July to travel for a bit and then visit Canada from mid August and need the address changed ASAP. Something tells me they won't be sending me an AOR within the next two weeks, and any later than that it won't reach me before I head out.

I've already called 'Sauga and they once I get the sponsor approval email then it has been sent directly to Bufallo the same day. At that point ACCORDING to the gentleman I spoke with, it's out of 'sauga's hands. He sent me the link to Bufallo's website. I called and it's an automated system. I also sent them an Email via the form they have on their site. Still no answer. Still scared out of my mind
