Yay Kess! I am happy that went so smoothly for you and that you can already mail it all in! I haven't sent anything in to Buffalo myself, but if you don't have stickers, I would imagine if you just mark very clearly your Buffalo Immigration Number on EVERYTHING you'll be ok! lol

My hubby got a letter today from Buffalo saying our interview has been waived! WOO HOO!!! The only bad thing is what they said next... they said that they know we did the medical but they are still waiting on receipt of the results. Which makes me a little concerned because on Ecas it says "medical results have been received". So aren't they contradicting themselves? I'm not sure what I should do because in the letter to my husband it says, the results get sent to their office in Buffalo, so we don't need to do anything else. BUT what if there's a problem and it is still sitting in the Doctor's office? ??? I think maybe I should call the Doctor's office and make sure they mailed it. It goes to Ottawa first doesn't it? We did it back on July 30, so I can't understand why it wouldn't be in Buffalo by now?!

Anyways... still happy that the interview is waived! Nice way to end out our week, even if it wasn't the actual PPR!

our letter said the same thing about medical. They are just crossing in the mail. If ecas says they have them then no worries. And I bet you hear something very soon.

Hmm.. maybe they didn't have the medical receipt when they sent that letter and just got it recently and updated ecas when they received it. Good theory, right?

I love your theory jeans22, except that ecas updated at the end of September and the letter sent is dated October 12. Oh well... I am hoping it isn't a big deal and that even if wires are crossed, they will uncross. Whether the results are there now or on their way, it should work out one way or another. For peace of mind I might contact his DMP and just confirm they forwarded the results to Ottawa!

Okay, I am worried about getting left behind! It has been 3 weeks since my application was shown as In Process and I still haven't received AOR. We never did receive the Sponsorship Approved letter. What if they sent me AOR and it has gotten lost? What if they asked for something and gave me 90 days to send it back but I just don't know about it? Do I just sit back and wait? I don't want to miss the 90 day window if they have given me one.

I can only think of one thing that might hold up AOR and that is the fact that my son was adopted by me from Guatemala but I sent everything I had on his adoption. I was so thorough on my application and I sent everything.

What to do?

I'm actually new to this site so I hope I'm doing this right. I actually wanted to mail out my application back in March 2010 but it just never happened. Here is my progress to date. I must say thought that this is quite an emotional process! It's really nerve wrecking! I really hope this ends soon! As a matter of fact, I hope it ends for all of us and soon we'll be united with our loved ones.

My husband just sent the completed documents with his renewed passport in Manila! yay! It took us a month and a couple of days to complete those because we had a hard time requesting for his police check in Brunei! Now, we're hoping that it wont take long for the VOs to look into our apps and issue visa

Good luck to all of us! I hope that some will get their AORs and PPRs this week! I can't wait to see the table filled with landed dates

I've been so stressed out lately, and waiting isn't helping! Haha.

Anyway... we are still waiting on our AOR. From what I gathered, it should have been here by now. I am so paranoid about that damn thing getting lost or something. I WISH they would send us both a copy! Or send it to me! I really hate not knowing what to wait for.

What am I waiting for next, now that I am in process? I think I gave them my e-mail address when I paid the fees... does that mean I would get PPR in my own e-mail? Is there even a number to contact Buffalo is I want to figure out is anything has been requested (incase I don't get the AOR soon)? Suddenly I realize at this point I have no idea what is happening. I like being notified. :'(
