According to imrankhan earlier, this is next:
- RPRF Fees
- They will confirm your passport details
- Appendix 'B' Form
And then COPR....

Still waiting on something other than 'medical results received' as well. Been like that for a couple of weeks now. My checking every day probably doesn't help it go quicker...

hahaha Only checking once a day?! Thanks Torvic, We paid everything up front so I guess that step is done already. What IS this appendix B form? Anybody know?

Hey Thestylemaster,

The Appendix B form requires the following information of all applicants;

Name
Passport Number
Passport Expiry
Height (thankfully not weight)
Eye Colour

It also asks for your preferred method for the return of your document (prepaid courier, regular post or collect in person) and the return address if required.

Fingers crossed you are filling this form out soon!

PaddyO I hope so! Sounds like a good form to get requested, usually them requesting anything is not good haha. So going by your speedy timeline, they might even ask for it in around a month from now?... That would be amazing!

Haha, okay I lied. Closer to twice a day at this stage. Gah.

Thanks PaddyO, I too, was unsure about that form.

I hope so although I think I got very lucky and am more exception than rule. Let's hope they are still churning through applications in the Sydney office for everyone's sake.

I've god a good feeling that it's not gonna take long at all!

Hey guys, got some good news: I got the request for Appendix B by email this evening. I have a question before we send it back. (Sorry if this has been asked a million times, which I'm sure it has):

- In the email they say the following:

Ø If you have changed your passport from ________, then submit a photocopy or PDF Scan of ALL pages of your current, valid passport (these copies do not need to be notarized/certified). Each individual must hold their own passport (including children); Diplomatic/Official passports are not acceptable. Otherwise confirm in writing (email) this is still your current passport for travel

I haven't changed my passport, however on the Appendix B form they say you have to send it. Am I right in assuming I have to send the passport?

Congrats on getting your PPR Torvic.

If you are from a visa waiver country you will only need to send PDF copies of all pages of your passport. You won't need to send your physical passport.

Thanks Paddy, that's great. So it's just a matter of scanning ALL pages of the passport, and sending those PDFs with the filled out Appendix B form. Seems relatively reasonable.

I got my PPR request 5th of Feb and they asked me to send my passport with Appendix B, and this is what i have done and got my VISA in 8 days, i am not sure about VISA waver countries, you prob: don't have to send your passport as they asked for PDF copies only.

IM IN SHOCK! :o :o :o I just got an email...Appendix B requested!!! High 5 Torvic! Looks like we're going through these steps at the same time! Woohooo!

Hey, how did they word it in your email? Were they more explicit in saying you have to send your passport?

I was gonna ask you the same thing. To me it just reads that you just have to confirm your passport details are correct and only send in passport copies if you've changed passports. I really can't find anywhere they've written to send your passport in.. What are your thoughts? I can cut and paste my email intro if that helps...

It's kinda confusing. The email that they sent me says: Ø If you have changed your passport from ________, then submit a photocopy or PDF Scan of ALL pages of your current, valid passport (these copies do not need to be notarized/certified). Each individual must hold their own passport (including children); Diplomatic/Official passports are not acceptable. But Appendix B says: Return the original to us with your passport/passport copies.

I'm assuming that given Appendix B is a generic form they send to everyone, we should really just have to confirm that the passport is the same one they've seen in the scans I sent them with the application. I imagine you have a very similar email, style?
