hi everyone
can_usa_97 my application returned to me aug.05/2010 due to medical they told me to send my application againe within 90 days we are going to send it back but i want to clear some thing from you guys DO WE HAVE TO PAY FEE AGAIN? thx everybody and good luck

Did you not include the medical exam top2? You do not have to pay the fee again. Just add in the application what they need and re-send it.

thx nyssa yes i didn't include medical exam that is my mistake i thought i can submit later

Today's the first day our application appeared online and it said "Decision Made" Aug. 25th. I checked the mail this morning and there was the approval letter! To Buffalo, it goes! YAY! ;D
