Finally here to be a part of the June group after watching you guys for the past couple of months. Desp waiting for my AOR now. E-cas suddenly will not let us login as of last Friday. Hope that this simply means we are "changing" over to the other system in Buffalo. Worked like crazy on the app and just want to get home to my hubby. My hope is by Christmas.

**Starting on Aug13th, we were not able to login to E-case with sponsor information.
**All parts of application were included with a bit of OCD (opt C, FBI BG Chcekc, medicals, Paid in full,)

When I see the status "waiting" about Vagreville it makes me crazy. What's going on?
The point is I've sent papers to Vagreville office 2 months ago and need to wait for so long time while I can check my status online (7 months?).
Please give me a clue is there any chance to get their feedback (Did they receive my papers? Did they begin process?) by phone or by email?

We received an e-mail from Beijing today requesting for my wife's passport. It also says a physical letter would follow. One more step ahead...

Does anyone know if the physical letter will be identical to the e-mail? The e-mail is very standard, auto-generated one and does not reflect much of our status or file. We forgot to translate some of our letters and chat logs, and therefore will include the translated ones along with the passport. The question is whether we should wait a few more days for the physical letter.

Also in the e-mail, there is no return address given to the Beijing Embassy. We know the address and can find that out, of course. Do they assume that you should know? Thanks.

Congratulations! Buffalo continues to not update e-cas. I was told that that is the only office that does not consistently update and it depends on the IO. Still waiting for e-cas to be updated or a letter to be sent to my husband.

Unfortunately Vegreville takes 7 months to approve the sponsor because you are already in Canada and they dont see any urgency to process Inland sponsorship applications in the same 1 month ish time frame Mississauga does for outland! They will most likely open your application in December/January..I dont think faxing them will help as they wont have created a Client Id or Kit number yet, your application will be sat in a "cold room" at the moment waiting to be opened! So I dont think they can tell you anything and wont speed up the process as your within the 7 month time frame, Did you not mail it off with a tracking number?

I would wait for the letter, they usually instruct you on how to send your passport and where! Hopefully it wont take long to get to you!! Congrats on the Passport request

@ lynw - Thanks I am hoping to get a big fat Yes soon so I can get on with my life..I have been given a lot of hope and positive feelings from the RPRF request

Ok now for me...

Mississauga Received my receipt for the payment today..I wrote URGENT RPRF on the envelope so hopefully it wont take them too long to tell CHC - London so my medicals can be received!! I also received my corrected copy of my Visitors Record from Vegreville on Monday, the had put the wrong passport number on the one I was issued in July!! To be honest I didnt think they would bother sending me another copy especially since I applied for PR through London!

hi friends,,,any new update for Mon AMI ,,,i still can see that he is still waiting,so me too,,,still nothing from Mississauga,,my wife keeps calling them,and they keep telling her they will look into it
as i said,my application got received at mississauga on 18th june,,,and as i can see for Mon AMI it's received on 7th june,,and he still didnt get anything yet

Thanks a lot for your reply. You mean did I check delivery of my papers on UPS site (you asked about tracking number)? Yes, I did. But still I have some doubts. The point is that while you're waiting for PR you cannot have med. insurance. Exactly this thing makes me crazy.

You mean government coverage for medical? As soon as the sponsor has been approved the applicant is eligible medical..although it might depend on which province you live in..I know its like that with OHIP..

I understand your frustration, the reason I didn't apply inland is I wouldn't have been able to take all the waiting and London Processes applications pretty fast..

I am sure your application is fine, if it makes you feel better you can fax them but I doubt they can tell you anything...just make sure you find a hobby to occupy your self with

Hey guys.. My wife just called me and said that she received mail from the embassy in Lima stating that they've now got her PR application package! Woot woot..

does this mean that the processing has now started?
