Hello all, I am new on this forum and couldn't find the post button hence my reason for quoting a post..
Please I have a few questions.
I submitted a sponsorship application for my husband in October, got emails that I was eligible to sponsor on the 28th of the same month and nothing since then. I didn't submit an upfront medical with the application because I didn't know you could so my question here is that is it still possible to do upfront because all the clinics I called said they have stopped doing it since December. I sent an email to cic and they said I should check the email they sent me in October but I have read the email so many times and there's no request for medical, though it says if you didn't submit one you can get it done and submit. I'm a little bit confused as to what to do. Please help

Mimikoms,first of all they no longer do upfront medical, when I retake my medical they told me that,

Exercise patients they will contact for your medical when they need it OK,
Don't be confused you will hear from them soon,
I have seen such case here

am happy to see the cooperation we having on this forum, this is how we all win together. Now just want to tell the house, please when sending your email, do send it multiple times in a row. I send mine 10 times each day, the idea is to flood the system with our complaints. Let's keep bugging them....Tomorrow they are getting my emails again 10times.

Wow! March? How do you hang on? Didn't know it was this bad. And U have never heard from them? No request of anything? I just can't imagine being in that situation. It is well in Jesus name. God will see us thru. Amen.

Now, don't you think that is too much from just one person? Let each person just send in, I think we will get more attention that way. One person sending 10 in a day, they might think it's rude and not act on it. Let's just send our bit and give a couple of weeks. Give them time to react but everyone send at least one. Just my thinking.

I get your very good point, but my reason for sending it multiple times is cause that office gets thousands of emails and calls every day, they don't even reply many, why cause they get lost in the mountain of emails. To make sure they get mine, I send it multiple times and that will show them I want them to see it. All the same if you not comfortable with it, you can send it once that's fine too as long as we all do our part. The goal is to get them to fix this issue.

I understand ur frustration. . we all do. we are there with you. I just hope they won't block you.. I also wonder... can they do that? :-[

i wouldn't recommend calling it though...not very helpful and lots of menus to go through.

i spoke to a person who transferred me to that number, but told me to write it down in case the transfer was lost.

If they block me am using another email and this time I will increase the number of times I send it Lol. It's drastic measures I have to take.
