Thanks for your reply. I'm only worried because the current processing time for the USA PVC is 12-14 weeks and I've seen that most people actually wait that long before they can get it. I also see that cic does not give that amount of time for one to provide it. Thanks though.i I'll probably apply for it just in case they finally request for it.

I have a loooong history with US so that FBI report was a sure document for me so i applied and got mine before I put in my application. Took 10weeks and mind u I did the whole process while in US, got the report too in US so I believe it would hv taken longer had it been I sent from Africa.

So my advice is just get it done incase. It doesn't cost much. It's only $18 fee then I paid to get my fingerprints by a professional, cost of posting...That's all.

At this rate the 12 months guarantee for processing 80% of applications submitted before 7th December, 2016 may not even apply to us. This is ridiculous. Haven't seen hubby in 6 months and I'm an October applicant .
It's so painful to see other threads getting their PR in 4 months.

Welcome to the house, it will be a while until you hear from them. We applied in August and still have not heard from them. This is normal. Welcome to the waiting game.

i follow other thread,

like the September and October thread and other who their file were transfer to Ottawa or other country are getting ppr request.

which is annoying because we are the same month

but i believe miracle is coming our way.

we just have to hold on tight.

You have to have faith,

Others might be getting refusal letter, you have to declare it that you wont receive such letter .

Yes, I was asked for additional documents since DEC 14th last month withich I sent to them since Jan 4th

Some people receive ppr later after decision made. Don't panic so much yet. It is well.
