Hello Everyone, We received an email this morning from Ghana that they've reached a decision on our case. They asked for passort to be sent within 15 days with proof of medica being done (we did it after our application was submitted) and proof of Right of permanency fee (paid that today). Does anyone know how long it usualy take after sending passport?

FYI.we submitted application in late March and it as transferred to Accra on April 19th. This is the first communication were are receiving from Accra. Thank you

I have a situation here and need advice, members. My resident permit in the country I am residing will be expiring at the end of January and I need to apply for a new one about a month before the expiration date, it take 21 days to one month for it to be processed so my passport will be kept in the immigration office for that long. My fear is if AVO should request my passport within 15 days of this period I will be secrewed up. I don't know what to do now. Should I communicate to AVO about it or not. Worried help me with your judgements good people. Thanks in advance.

Hey gapoha, tricky situation. Could you send your passport in early for the resident permit? If you could, I would do that right away. If they are still on March applicants now, it will be a few more months until they get to May. It should be easy to tell AVO if your passport is occupied somewhere else, that you need more time to send it to them, when they do request it. Maybe others can weigh in on the situation?

Yes oh March 2016 I did Outland app. They did not ask directly.. I think it should be if you recently give birth or have any family member that's when I would need to put the imm8 I guess thought.

Congratulations to all March applicant receiving PPR. Thank God it's almost over...... Now it's my husband and all April Applicant Turn. By end of next month we shall all receive PPR in Jesus Name Amen.
