Hi Spaceman, I believe that's a mistake from CIC office, you can write them to send your file to the appropriate office of you prefer your application to be processed in Senegal. They will forward it to the right Visa office if you wrote to them. I hope this helps.
Hello Everyone, We received an email this morning from Ghana that they've reached a decision on our case. They asked for passort to be sent within 15 days with proof of medica being done (we did it after our application was submitted) and proof of Right of permanency fee (paid that today). Does anyone know how long it usualy take after sending passport?
FYI.we submitted application in late March and it as transferred to Accra on April 19th. This is the first communication were are receiving from Accra. Thank you

Hey gapoha, tricky situation. Could you send your passport in early for the resident permit? If you could, I would do that right away. If they are still on March applicants now, it will be a few more months until they get to May. It should be easy to tell AVO if your passport is occupied somewhere else, that you need more time to send it to them, when they do request it. Maybe others can weigh in on the situation?gapoha said:
Yes oh March 2016 I did Outland app. They did not ask directly.. I think it should be if you recently give birth or have any family member that's when I would need to put the imm8 I guess thought.

Did they ask for IMM8? I guess you could send it anyways, make note there were no changes.
