This lawyer told us he will take his final money when I received my visa but no as soon as my sponsorship was approved he demanded for it I didn't want to pay him that time but my husband was scared he might screwed us so he paid him including tax.
We don't owe him a penny just he said he closed our file in his office so this is a different issue altogether
Meaning he view us as a new clients

Mississauga returned everything back to me end of march and i just i returned it back to them the next day
April 1st /2015 to Mississauga
June 15/2015 transferred to ACCRA
July 7th medicals done and submitted to Accra
PPR march 22/2016

Happy Easter all. Plz i need the website for checking flight ticket price. And can someone tell me the price range and flight that could be good and affordable from lagos to canada. What i have seen here is 2000 dollars upward.

You can try Ethiopian airlines the prices are affordable. I did lookup a one-way trip for the 20th of April 2016 from Lagos to Toronto . The amount is NGN 197,330 which is under $1000.

Hi everyone
Hope everyone is doing okay
Just wanted to say hello and see how the forum is doing
This is my story after arriving in Canada;
When I was coming to Canada, my lawyer whom I've been using his address through out my process asked me to change the address when I get to the border to mine
so they(cic) will sent my pr card to my address
I did exactly what he told me
Months later I was waiting for my pr card I just received an email from him that my card is with him so I have to pay extra 200$ before he will post my card to me
What should I do my fellow friends?
Should I or shouldn't ?

Hey Jeroli, I got your story, and I will say that this lawyer is not honest and should stay away from him.
He has no reason to misuse you like that. And you should not pay him at all.

@Jeroli. ..I actually thought it was a Nigerian based lawyer but to my surprise. ...it's a Canadian trying to take advantage of a new immigrant unless there's more to the issue

I have found great deals on flights in the past using www.kayak.com. A quick search I just did from Lagos to Toronto shows around $1000 CAD, depending on how soon the flight will be. Best of luck, and congratulations once again.
