Its not a requirememt as all medical concerns have been cleared by cic but have him do it just to have it in his passport as it has 10yrs lifespan so he might need it to travel to other countries...

I'm filling my application form right now for common law.. I keep seeing people saying once your relation is 1yr, you have to change your CRA to common law..I dont understand what thats means and does it apply to someone who is not living in Canada. Me and my girlfrind live in UK..How do i change my CRA to commom law in UK? Thanks in advance for ur responce

Today makes 109 days we submitted our application nd only have AOR, I applied for my GCMS note and understand lots of information hidden about my spouse which is the sponsor and application still at CPC-M Mississauga. Call numerous times still no information... am beginning to get worried and not that my spouse was called for any questioning or to clarify any issues.
This secrecy is really disturbing and killing, what should I do now????

Its a bit difficult at this point since ur spouse has not been aproved to sponsor you but lets keep fingers crossed and hopefully it gets through in coming weeks...u can also have his or her mp check what is happening there

Plz guys can someone tell me when AVo normally send their email? Is it morning, afternoon, or anytime of the day. Because with what i observe, It seems the emails goes out in the morning.

You can simply change this online if you have CRA account, under personal information tab.
Or call them - 1 (800) 959-8281

Just keep on having faith, have your sponsor sponsored anyone b4 ? because that's usually the reason why the SA takes awhile.
