It doesnt affect your file just try and relax, i also want you to find out if after the time she divorced her ex did the ex collect any welfare from the Govt, because there was a time when CIC expects the sponsor to provide for the sponsored for 10 years(Correct me if am wrong). So CIC tries to check all this informatiion, Pls try and find out to be sure she is not owing any money, and don't allow the stress to affect you.

There is no co-signer for spousal or common-law application. Co-signer is only needed in situation where you are sponsoring another family member like children. Remember the application pack is generic as its for Family sponsorship.

This form is really complicated

The forms need to be original. This is what you can do:
Complete your sponsor's IM344 and IM5409 and sign your part. Do this together with your sponsor on phone to get accurate information. Or have your sponsor complete and scan to you and REDO the forms and sign. Remember each completed IMM1344 form generate a serial number (at the bottom right) so don't mix the scanned copy and the new one you do. Post this together with your other immigration forms to your sponsor. Your sponsor will then sign the two forms and post with the rest of her/his sponsorship forms.

It doesn't matter who pays so far as the receipt is attached to the application. online payment is the best, go here

they separated 1998 but the relationship is back and fort since 1995 till 1998 then she decided it ll not happen again nd finally divorced 2010 nd i did mine 2012, thats all
