Very quiet in the house.....indeed. Well I figured that since my MP office is out until January 5th. Tis the season.
I did however get an email stating my husband needs to sign the consent form

the application, supporting documents and correspondences sent to and/or from IRCC for the family class immigration file concerning your husband XXXXXXXX.

· The signed consent of XXXXXXX, is required to process your request and allow us to release their information to you. To be valid, a consent must be signed, recently dated, contain the printed name of the person giving consent and identifies you as the designated individual. Please ensure that the consent form is signed by all applicable parties, including client, principal applicant, sponsor and spouse if applicable, and has the signature date and date of birth.

Everything is forms....forms forms. He sent an email forwarded to me so I could send it in, not good enough. So now he had to go to an internet centre.....print it off, sign and scan back to me and then I get to submit it again. Does anyone else agree this process to order GCMS notes difficult to order and understand?

There has to be light at the end of this road we are on. So much work to bring your spouse back home to you.
New year is coming, we shall see many more Visa's coming.

Hi,
We had the same issue and that is they way. My case I did electronic signature and it was rejected so I have to print it signed it and scan it before sending. Do that and send and you will hear from them in three weeks

The wait has began again and don't forget tomorrow Tuesday 3rd, 2017 is the first working day everywhere in the world...

I contacted AVO and on Friday 30,2016 I got a reply from them that my file is in queue for review.

I wonder why the queue since 23/11/2016 that they ask me to redo medical and that the file will be open in 30 days which was 23/12/2016. So why still in queue?

Well let's all brace ourselves up for the waiting challenge and don't forget to always pray ooo.

Wow it's surprising to find out AVO finally reply to people's email. I emailed them long ago about the status of my application and they have never responded to Me

@Timosky, you can contact them by email nd case specific enquiry.

@ Spacepmi, yes they dont normally replied to emails only if the application time has lapse or they needed some documents from you.

Just came back from visiting my hubby and i must say it not easy coming back at all

my heart hurt so much knowing im coming back to the waiting game again.

I just pray i will be the next to have Testimony on this thread IJN

Next Month will make it 5 month since my husband application has been transfer
Praying that by next month, my husband will receive good news from CIC IJN

i also pray everybody will receive good news this new year IJN

Application Received June 22, 2016
Application forwarded to Acca: August 24, 2016
Request for evidence of emails and Text (30 day deadline) November 18
Sent all documents to Accra on December 12th, 2016
January 3, 2016: Email saying visa is ready for issue

It has roughly only taken less than 5 months. For those that know me, it took me 8 years to get my Permanent Residence and my husband now only 5 months. God has been merciful. Good luck to all you guys. Please do not despair - it will happen for you!

Thank you so much for sharing your testimony. Your timeline Is similar to mine. I believe my luv and I are next. we have had no issues or request for any additional information. the next time you would hear from me would be to read our testimony. I believe.
