Hi Lamour.... I have no idea what "due date" though my optimistic guess would be the target date for file completion, who knows really - we would also appreciate if anyone has insight regarding "due date"....we are awaiting our GCMS notes, we applied November 18th....it will be interesting to compare info. once ours are received. When did you apply for yours? Hoping ours are not far behind.... Many thanks!

We applied November 4th and received it yesterday.

Eligibility in progress

Misrepresentation :has nothing written.
Other reqs: has nothing
Final: has nothing as well
Due date :2015/12/24.

Does anyone know what they mean by due date please?

The due date I believe is when the officer handling specific areas of ones files needs to have them completed, so that it can move along the lines to where it needs to be finalized. During my kids application, they had gone past all due dates by a very long time and since he was a minor we decided to involve our MP. That helped tons.
Unfortunately with AVO it's mostly the case, one or more officers inability to effectively perform their duties with zero follow up from supervisors tends to be one of the major causes of SA delays. That's where our prayers come to play. Most frustrating I must say! But hang in there! *hugs*

Yes Moh, notes section. Note 1 was updated November 24th and there is nothing in the notes. Probably it's because I ordered gcms beginning of November. Note 2 was updated August 24: has summary of me and my husband as regards all the supporting document we submitted for the application. The same agent making this update is same as who called my husband back in August to inquire about the previous Canada visa refusal Because in the notes she said she called the applicant.

I guess what is left for them to do is security and criminality.
We can't wait to get over this......

It's kind of hard to determine when exactly they will respond. It has been kind of different for individual on this thread. Some 1 week after receipt while some has taken 2-4 weeks.

I am so happy to find out about this thread and really appreciate members selfless contributions. Its my great pleasure to join in.
Reading through some earlier posts gave me ideas about my spouse sponsorship application and supporting documents requirements. Please I need help in:

• Printing out BlackBerry Messenger chart for a period of 1.5 years, I cant print this long yet as it stops at say 2 months in every attempt to e.mail charts to myself?
• How can I print out skype calls and chart log?
• Text messages from Blackberry phones, z10 and 9900 for a long duration?

As regards the blackberry setting, I will suggest you go on YouTube or search on Google. I'm sure you will get much more info. As for me, I have never used a blackberry.
