nkt,all ur vo wants to know is that marriage truely exist and that its not marriage of convinience,so dnt worry much,u can send some of ur pics together as well as flight tickets and western union reciept and also ur chats as a proof of continous relationship and also write a letter of attestation and have him write some too describing how u met and how happy u are to being together soon

Hi, thank you. We have sent them everything we have. We will be sending more reciepts and phone calls and chats from the time we sent in the application but that is all we really have. We will also be sending more letters. I hope it works. :)

Based on the evidence that you provided I am not satisfied that your marriage is genuine and/or that the primary reason for the marriage is other than for the purpose of you gaining admission to Canada. As a result, for the purpose of the regulations, you may not be considered to be a member of the family class. This is what they sent us in the email. We will be sending more evidence but does anyone think it might be a problem?

That is generic email from Accra, my friend that got his visa last week got exact letter. He provided everything as I advised you earlier and he was approved in less than 2 weeks.

Unless Accra has suddenly changed their ways of doing things, once you receive this email it means the visa has been refused. They do not allow for additional information once the decision is made. It won't change their decision. At this point, you have the option to appeal the case (which must be done within 30 days). I don't mean to sound harsh or give bad news but if you plan on appealing you have limited time to get that appeal started. :(

Wow i never saw this message but in any case if u were asked to appeal dnt get discouraged, people win all the time, just start the process or u can decide to start the process all over again, let us know how it goes and see how we can contribute
