Hi me and my husband are PRs and we had a baby recently. I am thinking of applying TRV to take my baby to Canada and then sponsor her PR. In the TRV form the reason and dates of stay are requested. Can anybody who applied TRV tell me what did they fill in here.

Thanks
for replay. There are couple of queries regarding forms of Pr for my twins.

IMM 0008:

1 - How many family members, including you, are in this application ?

I'm the sponsor of my twins and my wife is also pr and will stay with my twins during pr process at my home country. I am gone through guide form CIC website.there is two different application for each child.

There are two separate form of IMM008

In question 3 Can i put 2 or 3 including my self to each form.

2 There is no minimum criteria to show proof of fund financially or any minimum fund we have to show?

Thanking you in advance.

Thank you so much, Jetson.
Hi Jetson, sorry for bugging you a lot. My son is 16 yrs old (under 18). In a couple of forms such as (IMM5669, schedule A, or IMM1344), they need signature of the principle applicant, however they have not mentioned that it should be signed by parents or principle applicant (for example in form IMM0008 it says if principle applicant is under 18, it should be signed by one of parents). Any idea? Instruction has not mentioned anything about.

i Team,

I am father of twins who born outside Canada.I will sponsor both my twins while my wife stay with twins at home country.

My concern Regarding form IMM5481 -

5A- 1( As separate application for each child)
5B- 0 ( No previous undertaking)
6A-1 (My wife)
6 B- 1( my other child which has separate application)

Is it Correct

Form IMM0008

* how many members members including you in your family -1( As both child has separate application)

Request you give your inputs on the same

Thanking you in advance.

Hi, Sorry for the delayed response. Did you submit it already? I am no expert, but IMHO you sign for them - anyone under 18 where 2 or 17 years old will be treated the same.

Thanks for replay.

I am talking Imm5604- Declaration of non-accompanying Parents/ Guardian for Minors immigrating to canada

As I will be Sponsor both child. That form supposed to signed by my wife or myself at time of sumbission.
I'm the sponsor of my son. His father and I are not married. I did not include him in the sponsorship so my ex is the one who sign( non - accompanying means not going with the sponsored family members. You don't need that form if your wife/ husband is coming to canada
