Just trying to figure out how the Whole PR system works and we have done a pretty good job till now, I think

We were Informed that April guys are being processed by CHC New delhi Till we saw your time line.

I Guess I will take Vishesh's Advice he gave me once.

we have done everything from our side ....and now let the CHC do thier work ...there was some delay and i assume because of student visa applications. and now it is over ...2 of our april applicants got status changed to In process today

Hi < Sorry folks but i differ, Indian companies here deny providing what format u require things in, my experience was that they denied to issue me a detailed work profile and gave me a one lettered profile, stating all my job duties in bullet format, I cant fight with My Director for that?? wht can I do, I had to go ahead with it.

Hi Amit

I appreciate your opinion and take it positively but

I think we need understand that for our PR application The Visa Counselor is the biggest Boss and we might as well do what he wants us to do.

If The Immigration office wants a detailed description of our responsibilities We better give it.

He has all the powers under the sun to toss our file out for any teeny weeny reason and he definitely doesn't care what the director of my company thinks.

People who have applied under 0111 & 1111, I will suggest you start working and looking for information about certifications for Canadian Market, like CSC and IFCI etc, as when you will land, you can enroll in these courses and get a basic job once certified.

Why is there no movement for 1111 and 0111 when everything else has started moving

u r right....i know 2-3 applicants of april....having code 1111 and they got 2nd aor on 5th april....but their status is still RBVO

In past post I told visa officer might working on NOC 4131 and 0213. As school and colleges are about to strat in Aug-Sep'10. This what I observed in this forum about the status update.

Lets hope we too get soon good news.

NOC 4131 , 0213 and 4121 seems to be the priority NOC world over with CHC.
