i have not send them an email regarding the process start date. i just sent them a normal email 20 days back asking them the status of my application.
what could possibly be the reason that i have still not got process start date?

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi.

Your application is currently awaiting review by a visa officer. Please be assured that as soon as the review is complete, the next steps in the processing of this application will be determined and you will be advised accordingly.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

I have sent passport 9 month before

after that i got reply

what is that time length ?

CHC ND officials are just puppets at the hands of mr kenney and canadian government. they r just doing their job.

every new immigrant that canada allows to enter could be a potential burden on its economy and could live off welfare and benefits. with this thought in mind, the canadian government and mr kenney are dead slow about the whole process.
frankly, once you land in canada, all your qualifications and work experiences become ZERO. any and every immigrant, however qualified he or she maybe has to start from the BOTTOM, and with patience, hard work and luck, climb the way up on the ladder.
believe me when i say this.
canada would rather be without immigrants, than to bear their economic burden and unnecessarily put a burden on its economy.

I received my CAIPS report today. It says

PSDEC: 1 (Done on the same day that my In process changed to the date)
SELDEC: 1 (Done on the same day that my In process changed to the date)
Points awarded: Age:10, Experience:21, Education:25, Language:14, Adaptability:5
Total: 75
BFD date is 01-06-2012 (Exactly 4 months from the date of In process)
IO comments:
PA has obtained sufficient points to satisfy me that he/she will be able to become economically established in Canada. I am satisfied that the points awarded to the applicant adequately reflect the applicants ability to settle in Canada.
PROOF OF SETTLEMENT FUNDS - MUST BE RE-CONFIRMED (This is in upper case)

ECU Please request the following:
- updated proof of funds
- PPT's
- Meds
- RPRF

Though I have sent my RPRF along with the documents and I have a receipt of the same, still the IO is requesting the ECU to request for RPRF. Also, RPRF received is mentioned in the CAIPS report. Also they mentioned that they sent me a receipt for RPRF.

With inprocess dates, we are on track. I hope, nothing to worry about backlog etc.

We will reach our goal soon.

How did you submit your POF (bank statement, FD, etc)?

if that was the case they would have stopped immigration

It just a figment of your Desperation /frustration

Thanks Dear .. But it looks like NOC 0111 won't get priority :( :( :( .

Dear, there is no garuntee that 1111 will be in the new MIs.

Even if there is a shortage they do have considerable applications which needs attention.
So if the minister is really serious to reduce the backlog and there is sufficient demand for 1111, 0111, 4131, 0213, than they should not feature in the new ministerial instructions, so that the existing applications can be cleared.

The only occupation which is certain to feature is doctor/physician, cos even though they admit so many doctors they don't pass the exams and hence do some other jobs.

HRD Site gives priority for mostly all NOC's. It is a projection table for a decade or so.

Current scenario is VO's started processing files again. (Guess so based on the recent movements).

Let us wait and see whats on the cards for us.
