MPR seems initials of the visa officer.

Seems he will be loaded as all Pre junes have the same status.

As DBC pointed out earlier in his post, Pre-Feb 2008 cases are LIBERAL'S babies, where as Post Feb 2008 cases are their babies (Conservatives).

No politician in the world admits their mistakes and immigration minister is no exception. (No rationale for prioritizing MI-3 over MI-2, because same NOC's are involved and rightly this is ridiculed by political opponents)

So technically speaking, immigration minister is not only correcting his mistakes but also in the process he is sidetracking unwanted NOC's.

Canada is looking for more trade persons and people with skills that can be absorbed fast in the job market. (read Canadian Experience Class and PNP applicants along with applicants who has Job Offer)

Please understand the bigger picture.
BTW, I wonder how long the LIBERAL party will rule before next elections or otherwise? It is also entirely possible that somebody in near future replaces Kenney who has a different viewpoint (even harsher) towards us than what u are assuming. I am not saying that we will not get the Can. visa, but with our current NOC's it is just that there might be a long interminable wait.

Dear Friends,

As per the below Link, NOC 1111 will be in excess demand during the period 2011-2020. Something to cheer. Hope our NOC will be in in-demand occupations for MI-4 and thus will speed up our processing. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Good. We don't have to apply again in MI-4. Right?

Absolutely right. The intention of saying that it will be in MI-4 list is that our NOC will be in demand for the period 2011-2020.

That is a good observation, maybe 1111, 4131, 0213 will reappear in MI-4 (with a cap) and they'll fill it from the inventory they already have. Maybe that's why they dusted these long frozen applications and started processing them. Wishful thinking :)

;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

so no need to reapply - 1111/4131/213 on priority and application will process first. :-* :-*

Hope for the Best - optimistic - positive thinking - thanks Mehul +1 to you
