Dear friends this process of fswp has affected so many lives , I cannot take any abuses from my boss and quitting my job this month the only reason I was not quitting because of this fswp now my background checks have started in Nov and I am afraid that if I am not at work after this month then what will happen, will appreciate the answer if any

Dear AS you case must have been finalized on the basis of the points you have claimed at the time of full docs submission, if so no need to worry, take the step if you want to change, i have changed 2 jobs since i have submitted my full docs, it wont effect your case at all as i have already met the criteria of 67 + points.

Thank you for clearing my doubts do I have to inform them about this or not , also, I don't have another job so I will be sitting home hoping for the MR , is it ok like this ?
