I was asked to send updated copies of our passport biopage.. Can anyone kindly tell me if I have to send all pages of our passport or simply the first 4-5 pages that contain our personal info will be sufficient? Thanks in advance for your kind reply...

There are two IMM0008 forms. Generic Application form and Schedule 3 Economic Class. which form is to filled?We need to fill Generic Application form. Right?

Supplementary Information - Your travels [IMM 5562] Is this form filled by both Principal Applicant and family member over 18 OR the only Principal Applicant. Its only for Principal Applicant. Right?

NO.....Both Forms should be filled by Principal Applicant

It should be filled only by Principal applicant ..............about his/her travels along with all family members travel history who are over 18 years

I got this in email

New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant.

It does not mention we need to complete schedule 3 economic form too.

They won't mention which particular form to be filled..............But its our responsibility to check and fill all related forms and discard unwanted forms.......


While filling ....be sure to complete it by signing with date.

As CDD my visa officer asked me to provide copies of Bachelor and Master degrees along with MR
Should i provide just photocopies of degrees or attested copies
in case of attested copies so where should i attest copies from

1) higher education
2) from my university
3) notary public or any where

Sheeno1 I will advise you to get attested photocopies from HEC being the most authentic of all and if you want to save some time university attestation may work as well. why dont you ask CDD directly meanwhile you can process your HEC attestion.
