Question:

1. My wife has UAE residency visa but moved to India coz we are expecting baby in Jan 13. Now, if cic asks for PCC of my wife, can I arrange the same from India as she is in India. I hope that will not create an impression that husband & wife are not staying together as my PCC of India will be issued from Dubai and her PCC of India will be issued from India.

Appreciate ur advice.

If we look at the letter Zeeshananis recieved, they are mentioning the country for which PCC is required....... Rest, as per rules, you have to provide PCC for all the territories where one stayed continuously for more than 6 months and it's not the issue if you are living together or separate as far as there is nothing legal.

I guess both bodies have different working pattern and styles. They have their own rules, I guess they are talking about the people seeking citizenship in USA and are already living there. My opinion.

However, as I was discussing with Jimmy, I feel its nothing but our luck that we faced workforce issues at LVO plus strike ..... causing all this to us.... its simply, as in our office, when suddenly one person goes on extended sick leaves, a female on parental leaves and one goes for full month 'chutian' for his or her marriage.......... Jo baki bach jatay hain, wo bus kaam ko ghaseet rahay hotay hain and hardly anything gets completed....

I received the passports yesterday after visa stamping. Passports sent on 28th July and returned on 21st August after visa stamping.

Best of luck to all who are awaiting MR or PPR.

But your Visa is already issued and for what they have BFD

Delay is NOT wat I'm scared of dost...since out of all of u, I'm the only one who's been saying we ll get MR in mar/apr 2014.....

u know wat I'm really scared of ....don't wanna say it...chalo...jo Allah ki murzi...hope it goes well.

P.s: no wonder some applicant had BFD of 2015 .

Ap ko pata be ne lagay ga 2014 ajai ga just 2 - 4 months left in 2014. I pray and wish we all get positive outcome soon, 2 - 4 months ke to bat ha Inshallah

On man that's very sad. Any clues whether he/she is among OCT/NOV 2012 UDR? Well leave it if he/she do not want to disclose. So all the theories went wrong at this stage.

The person replied...its 38 pages, and he/she was calling it caips so its GCMS....

BFDs are max dates yar waisay bhi, file can be touched before that... but itni dor ki to tension hoti hey... per jab yaha tak aa gai to agay bhi pohach hi jain gay inshallah....

Citizenship...hmmm...that is still a distant dream bro...Till you get settled there comfortably (which is our ultimate aim), this immigration process will continue to drain all our energy irrespective of whatever current stage you are in...

I guess Canadian Pakoras must also be tasty or you always have an option to fly back home during every festive season to have Pakoras...Please pray that let everyones visa be issued at the earliest without further unconditional delays...Like Jimmy mentioned in his 'Insider Information', it is going to be very difficult to find a spot in Canadian Immigration in future...Consider us lucky that we have at least come this far...
