Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

To My understanding and watching the trend , medical will start in OCT. But one major change is that now the immigration officer has email me with her own official address. Her name is Laura Macload. So its our turn now and all will start getting either updates which is started now and medical definitly OCT- NOV. Hopefully all will get medicals till april , if u see the last year trend.

As per your CAIPS the BFD was in July so you got correspondence in a months time.

Its probably that they have requested Degree certificates & Job letters again bcz I ask them to send back my originals in 2011.

Degrees OK but what about company letter did they send it back to you as well

Please confirm because normally employer letters they never send back and my question is not yet answered
Did they asked reference letter / contract from your current employer or from past employers as well

Just for fun may be they want to check if you have received degrees back safely!

My feelings are also same that some applicants will get MR in 2013 itself
Otherwise how they will meet the target for decision made by end of 2014
That's why they started work with different strategy so they don't have to feel shame again in front o management at the end they are on govt payroll

They have only asked the experience letter /contract , for which I claim the points during my initial application.

They kept my origal degrees as well for more then a year. They send me back on my request and after few months, they asked for orignal documents again. however, they only asked for orignal degrees and not the employment letter.
During verfication of jobs, they asked the employer to fax the job contract letter etc.
When I was asked to send them original documents second time, I send CSI to LVO and asked that my original documents were with the visa officer for more then one year so it some thing wrong that they are asking again the origanl degrees. I got the reply that it depends on visa officer to ask any thing any time and as an applicant, its my duty to fulfil any thing which officer wants me to do. THey also wrote that it is my choice not to submit the documents and let the officer decides on whatever he has on my file.
I was not asked for POF or PCC.
It is now again nearly more then 5 months that they have my oriinal degress and nothing happeinging. I cant see any thing big or a moment of joy in it but muft mein khush honey mein kiya jata hai.

No they should no ask u again.

PCC is valid for 3 months. It depend when they will sent MR and if its within time limit , they may not require new PCC.

If its after 3 to 4 months, they will ask new PCC and POF also, if required.

Its been around 4 months (2 May-13) since Medical had been received by PVO; but no update/PPR from their side....

Any prediction friends.. when can any response be expected???
