So 'Shakoora' are the people who helped u in bad times, and u took help from shakoora when u needed help, but never thanked shakoora later, once u were through....get it ?

Is there any difference if we send docs today or just 10 days before the deadline. I think there's no becoz the way VO works.

After sending the update doc request to us, they must have updated our BFDT to T+60 and on routine basis they generate reports on BFD and they will only check our docs on or after T+60 days.

I think this is an inherent system delay which we can't avoid
