Today after all the trouble i came to know that the institute does not exist anymore, It was till 2010 and it runs with different name SABAC and it is affiliated with Punjab University.

Now what is the solution for this?

As they have already given reference of sections of immigration act for acceptability of Degree so there is little chance that they will be convinced otherwise. The only option is to get letter from concerned affiliated University that at that time the institute was affiliated with it and that it was issuing degrees as per charter. But again you need to get your degree certified by HEC.

May Allah help you to get out of this trouble soon.

Now, what u should do:
1. Get degree (& photocopies) attested from HEC.
2. Try to find an official letter either from institute or HEC regarding name of change of institute.
3. Write a cover letter, explaining situation.
4. Attach, all three documents with your email & send to RIH.
5. Ask him/ her if hardcopies are required or not.
6. If yes, then obviously u know what to do....

If you are not expecting any progress on your case in the near future nor you have any valid visa on your current passport then better apply for computerized passport but remember one very very important point in this regard. As you must be aware of the uncertain delivery dates as well as delays in passport deliveries by NADRA, i would strongly advise you to apply on urgent and not on ordinary. Although, this would cost you more but you will be saved from several problems. I have personally experienced this.

Manual passports are legal passports as they are backed by notification issued by Ministry to all Consulates and Visa Offices in Pakistan

which means CHC is working and still sending MR, insha Allah soon MR will start for us as well.....

On the other hand last full year there was zero applications for FSW and next year Quota is only 5000 for high qualified people...
and now they are working only for us...as our total balance by end of 2012 was 91,437 open below link....

yap, that means 91,437 by the end of 2012, so 91,437 cases will be completed in next two years, so, by the end of 2014, we should all have visas on our passport. and that has already been mentioned in our 18 M Letter. so pray for the best.

Not necessary it will take 2 yrs

which means Total Visa issued (78,571+13206) = 91,777 in year 2012

So overall capacity of CIC is to issue 91k and year 2012 balance is 91k

which means if they will continue the same pace then all of us should get Visa in 2013

So guys dont worry they have not much work left and soon good news (MR) will start ....from August insha Allah

I don't have the link right now but it is announced too many times that visa quota for fswp is 55,000 and this year for mi5 is 5000 and the rest is for other mi's, google Kennedy's statement when he was launching the new mi for 2013
