Ok thanks, thats what I was asking... that means you are saying they have made up their mind and now will move on to process MR/updated docs for this group and would not start from scratch.... In this case it is a petty thing otherwise if they have bisected us in two groups, one to process early and rest to process later.... that would have meant serious business....

how did you assume the processing of the said so called group from the scratch? haunch, hallucination?

Verifictn No , Medical No, PPR no, VISA no
I have not submitted any original documents (degree/BC/MC etc. ) and they never asked for it but now no idea what happens next, applied from UAE in in mid Jun 2010

Ya drived from hallucination, hallucination of some members who thought its as simple as CHC divided applicants in two groups... One will be processed early and rest later ;D

Arsh bhai, you are in right direction. The game will be more clear when someone from this group (6 to 12months) will share his CAIPS hereafterwards. If they did SELDEC for us before June 2012 tab tu kashti par hai warna phir kenney ho ga hum hon gai and fed court.

With regards to all 6-12 wait letter. I hope the assessment is already done and it is the matter of time only and insha Alah every one will get the visa depends on Market demand List. The only good news will be once any of us will get the MR and we must update here ASAP. or any other related update! As they have already rejected the all old cases before 2008 so why they will refuse if points are complete....

How can I update my dates below my user name? As I see for Arsh Ali and other users!
