Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

I think the applied date is mistankely written wrong It can't be Feb 09 because the detailed documents date is 24 Mar 10. Around 1 year gap from the date the of application filed and detailed documents submitted.

After thorough confirmation AGAIN few dates have been motified, pls do scan.

Working in Saudi Arabia as an accountant in a German company. He is there on bussiness VISA. Applied for immigration as an accountant from Pakistan (Lahore) in Mar 10/detailed documents Sept 10/acknoledgment Jan 11.... "IN PROCESS 24 may 12"/.....then after a long gap received 6-12 months wait letter dated 14 June 12, and finally received medical solicitation dated 5 sep 12 via TCS. Now a days he is in Pakistan for handling the immigration formalities for himself & family. Intends landing in Toronto.

So his full doc sub date is Sep 2010 and AOR in Jan 2011. Well he rightly got wait letter as mostly applicants with this timeline got this letter. But he is very lucky to get meds now.

AOA to everyone,

I got the 6-12 month wait letter in march 2012. I applied for IM to CIO in April 2010 and submitted all doc to London in Aug 2010 and received 2nd AOR in Sep 2010.

Recently in Aug 2012 i send the DD of 150 CAD to LVO for new born. en-cashed on 10th of Sep 2012 by Receiver General For Canada. So it means they are working on our files.

INSHAHALLAH we will get good news soon.

Dear Waiters,
If he submitted his initial docs to nova scotia on Mar-10, he would have gotten 4 months time to submit his full docs, but his FULL DOCS submission date is Sep-10, am i miscalculating or the information has some typos.

by the way my in process with date is also 24 may 2012 and got my wait letter on 4 july, lets see what happens now

Nothing typo. Even If he applied in Mar 2010, response from CIO did not necessarily come same month. He might received CIO approval in May 2010 thereby giving him time until Sep 10.

As per my info noramlly ONLY passports are delivered with courier service because of security reasons, and MR & other docs come by regular mail/email.
I am little surprised that why CIC has used courier service to make MR fast with extra cost!
Please comments if anyone has idea about this?

OMG. Lets leave this. Why are we so concerned over this. If someone in our wait group luckily has got MR and this is also confirmed by forum member over the phone, then we shud feel happy about it. At least they have looked at files from this group. London office has never been consistent over sending MR through normal post or courier.

No typo error. I got my first AOR in June 2010. So i submitted all documents in August within 120 days.

if there r original documents along with MR, they are delivered through TCS and Visa Office don't courier it on her expenses.. Consignee has to pay for TCS charges at the time of reciving the packet.

bro we are all on the same boat , we need to keep the spirit alive & kicking until we reach our destination. We are sailing on a very stormy weather some are loosing their hope, others are becoming frustrated and ill, deep inside everyone has a doubt if we can make it to the shore , Captain Kenney's Radio signal is on and off. Almost everyone spirit is lured with uncertainty if we can make it and passed this stormy weather. The MR message is nowhere to be find and the London Port is giving a bad signal of rejection. Some passenger ask if still there's a hope we can make it to the port of destination? But as Captain Kenney said after a stormy weather there is always a bright shine of good weather and fresh air to breath that will keep our sailing spirit make it to the shore of our destination!!!

this is really absurd as nobody from April 2010 (FSW) slot received their medicals yet.. : I have read on Canadian immigration blogs that a lot of people from 2008,2009,2010, 2011,2012 categories receiving their medicals but have seen almost none of March and April 2010 applications from Pakistan receiving any medicals...I think InshAllah we will start getting some responses by Nov 2012.
