After 04 Years , LVO has responded my application

I have received email from LVO , at 14:09 Hrs PST today , and they have advised me to submit following with in 60 Days


“This email refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order to continue processing
your application, we require the additional documents listed below

• New IMM0008 application for Permanent Residence Form
  New Schedule A Background/ Declaration forms
  New Additional Family Information forms IMM5406 for yourself and your spouse
  Original police certificates for yourself and your spouse from all countries in which you have each
  resided for 6 months or more since the age of 18
  Updated passport copies for yourself and each family member
  Copies of the long form birth certificates with translations for yourself, your spouse and your daughter
  Updated proof of settlement funds.
  

Signed - CDD”

Now I am in active processing que , and hope that I will enjoy smooth processing like many

WHAT IS THE THIRD ITEM????????????

PLEASE ALSO GUIDE SHOULD I E- MAIL AND COURIER ( BOTH) THESE ITEMS? WHICH E-MAIL ADDRESS SHOULD BE USED?

i had the same confusion so wrote to visa officer. its the old formatted letter so ignore this...only submit the two specified...i did the same.

Its old generic letter that they have with their office.
Third item used to be pictures

For your satisfaction , along with covering letter mail them Two Photos each of all your family members included in application
or get clarification from Visa Officer on this

a few days ago I and my friend was really confused like you ........actually what we sort out they said three items ........1. Ur passport 2. ur family passports 3. updated information chart as we sent we receive PPR2 within two days .....and in PPR2 Only passports and two pictures of each family member ....do not forget to write each family member name on the back of each picture plus your file number on each photo......do not worry go a ahead ........

Do not send your picture to LVO .........cause they are required at isd office these picture will be pasted on your landing papers .......we did the same only three days ago ......

Dear All,,

I had landed safely to YYZ airport on 9th March afternoon by Turkish airlines. it was a nice journey from Kuwait to Istanbul - Toronto and the service was excellent by Turkish airlines.

on the new comers immigration counter , there was only one officer to support immigration, so it took some delay on the queue for 1 hour but the process took only 5 munities.

then I took my baggage's with a porter service by $20 and give him a tip of $10 by which he carried out all baggage's to the car. in between the custom office ask for my goods to follow list and the POF, so I had provided her 2 set of goods to follow list and she returned me 1 set with stamp.

that's all. I came back Oakville to my aunt house.

its a really a nice country.

I hope in this 6-12 months forum, all will come soon to such a beautiful country. I am here for a short stay will back to work soon.

Its really amazing ....shocking. no response from LVO. Though all is good and ok . EXPERIENCE AND AGE DOESNT WAIT FOR EVER!
I am thinking to take this burden off my head which is eating me every day now ----5yrs .........is too much. LVO PLEASE WAKE UP ! SAY " NO" IF ITS no.
