I hope the answer of Martin who is a famous consultant cor immigration on the forum at linkedin : 6-12 months wait letter: am including his answer:



Each visa office gets its target for permanent resident visas for the following year in the latter part of the year preceding. Dates vary.

I would not presume anything about who gets processing priority. The new federal skilled worker selection system starts up on January 1, 2013. We do not yet know whether additional Ministerial Instructions will further change the processing order.

It is possible that processing of a case would resume before the Bring Forward date, for example when the applicant has been asked to submit a document and does it quickly. However I certainly would not count on it.

I m planning to order BASIC CAIPS without interpretation which will b emailed to me, cost $40.... IS IT OK?

Use lawpoint.ca . they charge $ 25. u will get the result in between approx 30- 35 days. here we have lot of experts who can explain your CAIPS easily.

i have a query, I intend to get the CAIPS notes through a resident of canada. I need to fill the form and a write a consent letter authorising the other person right? N then I need to send it to this person in Canada to send it or I directly send it with his details.Please advise.

this guys are getting BFD's for October but some of them are in process with date in march 2012 with wait letter, whereas, some of our brothers in this thread got BFD's for March/April 2013 :( :( :(

They have changed the BFD's and giving early BFD's
