last update was the schedule a request ! i am happy i am not alone, i have friends waiting with me

I just saw my CIC application changed from submitted to updated about half hour back, now it has gone back to submitted (might be because I open my application), but I don't/didn't see any changes in the application status, remains at

Application/profile status Open
Review of eligibility Review in Progress
Review of medical results Passed
Review of submitted documents No additional documents are needed at this time
Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed In Progress
A final decision has been reached Not Started

Your ECAS will most likely update to decisioned in the next few days. This is what people have referred to as ghost emails. You shouls also receive an email about the uodate in the next 24 hours.

Yes, but very few, I've only seen 3. So, you've got an excellent chance of getting the DM soon and an approval in 2 days to 2 weeks.

This is the ghost email that every one is talking about. You should expect a decision in the new few days.

Please could you kindly paste your timeline. When did you receive ITA, when did you submit and which category did you apply under? Thanks

Not to create any negative sentiments but can you briefly talk about the 3 cases that got rejected after DM ?

Did the applicants came to know about that sooner or was it a wait of 1-2 weeks?... that is sadistic
