Guys my ECAS has turned to "Decision Made"

Thank the LORD I finally got my PPR last night at 11:06 pm, and like Etkuo, I received it by direct email not MYCIC. It came from CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca. Etkuo's timeline is quite comprehensive, so I'm borrowing his/her format.

Timeline:
Jan01: Created EE Profile
Mar20: Received ITA for FSW (In Canada, CRS Score 545)
Mar30: Medical completed
Apr07: Submitted Application
Apr07: 1st and only AOR Received
Apr08: Review of eligibility in progress
Apr08: Review of medical results in progress
Apr08: Background check in progress
Apr15: ECAS activated: "Application Received" We received your application for permanent residence on January 1, 2015. We started processing your application on March 7, 2015.
Apr25: Medical Results Passed
Apr28: ECAS Update: We have received your medical.
Aug15: ECAS In Process
Aug20: MyCIC "Updated" with no visible status change
Aug21: Ghost email
Aug22: ECAS Decision Made
Aug27: PPR
Aug28: PP Sent

GUYS,,, yesterday 28 August arounf 9:30 am EST i recevied an email from CIC to submitt Schedule A for me and for my spouse ...
this how the message looks like
" Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. Please provide answers to Statutory Questions and provide the addresses for period between 2004/04-2005/02.
 Note: The electronic version of this form is available through the following link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp
This must be received at this office by: 2015/09/04 "

I have 2 questions ,
1- i did not find the file in the link they provided, i found it in a different link in CIC website , is it ok ?
2- do i fill out the whole peroid of time or only the time they have asked ?

They most likely just want the answers to the questions they pointed you to. And they also sent mine with the wrong link, so don't worry about that.

As long as it is IMM 5669 and is the latest version you should fine - in terms of the address, while they asked you for that period, no harm of including others back to 10 years of the age of 18 as the form suggests..

I'm guessing they're only going to process Mar27 and Mar20 FSW applicants right now. April FSWs have still a few weeks more to wait, or what?!

Got a ghost email today. At least I know they haven't completely forgotten about me! My account on Mycic listed the app as updated, but all statuses stayed the same when I checked this morning. I didn't get the ghost email until about 6 hours later. So, it looks like there's a delay between when the account gets updated and the email gets sent out.

Based on the trends your ecas may be updating to DM tomorrow!!! Hopefully that happens and PPR follows right after .

What is the average time for an inland FSW to be processed ?
its been increasing lately!
i guess the last few were close to 145 days, from AOR to PPR ?
