I believe we are in the same boat. No doc request since AOR. Paid RPRF upfront. Attached local Calgary police certificate with the application and later sent the RCMP in early June via a CSE. I got a reply from them that they have received my document and attached to my file. So, I believe they have not lost my file otherwise they would not have applied.

5 of my friends (cooks and servers) are waiting a response on their applications. They applied around 20th March (all FSW).

I don't know but are they choosy in giving PPR to specific NOCs. I applied under 2173 (Systems Engineer).

Never thought of them choosing specific NOCs.. hmm, I know it depends a lot on our Visa Officer, his mood and also the complexity in our individual files. Some VOs ask for more clarification and additional documents (such as passport bio copies etc.), however other straight out reject for having missed the tiniest of details. There are tons of people who applied after us and have received their PPRs. So, not sure what the criteria is really!

My NOC is 4166, which wouldn't have very many applicants I'd think. Also, from other threads, FST applicants generally have a slower processing time and I think FSW inland is following the trend.

Just gotta keep checking for updates every day and keep waiting >:(

I return from vacation on Tuesday, I'll update everything for all users concerned :)

Thanks for all your efforts KaydenB! My timeline has also been updated:

- ITA:17 April
- AOR: 29 April
- Medical passed: 5 May
- ECAS: Application "In process" with 3 lines (28 July)
- Additional document requested and submitted: 28 July

Just submitted schedule A for my wife... ECAS changed automatically from application received to in process.... ??? ??? ??? ??? ???
Crossing fingers, but I believe it will take still a long journey...

I dont know how they r processing the papers but i dont think so they care about the NOC codes.... i know cpl ppl who r servers and cooks they applied after me and they got PPR already ..... i think it depends on the office and officer.... for me they didnt open my profile since BG check.... relax guys they will process the papers exactly 6 months now .... and well yes its sux to get a rejection after 5 or 6 months but that is what they doing now... my friend's room mate got reject after 5 months and how i noticed lot of ppl get rejected after 5 months also ..... :( :( :( just pray and plan the future in other country .... thats what im doing right now

Apr. 24 - AOR
(around) May 10 - Medical passed
May 13 - Request Letter - CELPIP (uploaded in the next day)
June 25 - Request Letter - Schedule A (uploaded in the next day)
August 5 - PPR

ECAS : Three lines/Application received til August 4
ECAS -> In progress - August 5
ECAS -> Decision made - August 7

One quick question, got Schedule A request (for my spouse) on August 4 (submitted the same day). ECAS switched to "In Process" on August 6. Today, I received an email stating my application was "updated", but when I checked MyCIC and ECAS nothing changed at all. On MyCIC, submitted additional document field is unchanged and still appears as "Provided", all other fields remain unchanged. ECAS remains "In Process". Is that normal ? ::)

My consultant says we might be done around the end of next week - that's their experience based on already approved EE applicants. The document they asked is actually Schedule A, we are gonna send it only during the weekend because my husband is at work and can't sign it, so the CIC gets it on Monday. Can't wait!!! ;D
