Thanks harshmaru, I didn't submit explanation for POF, since I just have enough funds in my account for a little bit more than 6 months, for this application. Now I can go shopping finally!!

Congrats everyone....I sent my passport on Saturday and would reach Ottawa on Wednesday. Hope to have it back by next week.

Decision made on August 10th. Still waiting for PPR!

Call centre agent informed application was approved on August 7th.

I hope they didn't forget about me!

ECAS updated to "Decision Made" with 5 lines. Just received our PPR in mycic as well. BEST MONDAY EVER!!!!! I almost didn't believe that our long journey has almost come to an end...

We have waited long and its been a hard journey but bug THANK YOU to everyone who has supported, guided and motivated me on this group.. We had bad luck in our first application in 2014 and permits almost expired until we received an ITA on March 20th. But faith and positivity kept us going! Don't give up guys and hold tight!!!

I pray for positive results for everyone and that everyone gets a fair chance to what they truly deserve

Hey all...I am not technically a April AOR..but I am close to you guys.
Invitation Received March 20.
I submitted my app on May 5,
Medical passed around 19 May.
and then there was no update since then.

But today ECA status changed to in process from application received.
I feel that I will receive some update soon. I hope that will be a positive one.

Hey everybody!

If I got a PDF file in MyCIC that starts with this text, it is a PPR, right?
"Dear XXX, The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. You must complete the following steps within 30 days in order for our office to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence and if applicable, permanent residence visa..."

It's the PPR!!! congrats!!!!
