Outlander. BG check never moved to In Progress.

But I'm fairly positive now that ECAS 'In Process' appears to be a reliable indicator of PER regardless of where you are applying from.

I believe you, I'm just trying to figure out if this is a step in the right direction for my app, bg check has been in progress for over 2 months already and ecas is only now changing. I guess I'll just wait and see. Thanks for the info!

My husband applied in express entry and everything done medicle and they asked for additional document schedule a and we provide all.
Actuall my husband spent 6 years in Kazakhstan and he disclose it on schedule a and now cic asked police certificate from khazasktan in 7 days and it will take long to get it from Kazakhstan roughly three months
What we should do apply for it or give explanation and
Even there is no record in Kazakhstan at that time like computer system.

We received your application for permanent residence on May 29, 2015.
We started processing your application on June 2, 2015.
Medical results have been received.

I am confused. This says they started processing it on June 2, that is hardly possible cause they sent me Schedule A request on June 9th.

What does this In Process for ECAS mean for me? That the application was submitted complete?

How does one know that they have been proved eligible?
I am on restoration so I do not know if they will send me a Letter (AOR). Cause I may not be eligible for BOWP while on restoration.


Important question : Do they ask for RCMP request AFTER the application goes "in process"?

PCC is a must, you should apply immediately, and in the mean time you can try to raise a case specific inquiry and or letter of explanation explaining the situation that it not possible to provide the doc in 7 days.

Is there the "2nd In Process" in the ECAS? My ECAS is "In Process" with 4 lines (correct time) on the first day when I logged on. I am not sure it is the 1st In Process or the 2nd one.
Another question, I am a inland applicant, but my "Current Home Address" in the ECAS is the address in my home country while the "Mailing Address" is my address in Canada. But I am sure that I did not put my home country address in the application. Is this a big issue? Do I need to send a case?

Hi mates, just received a request for Schedule A (IMM 5669)...

ITA Mar 27 (FSW inland)
AOR May 15
Jun 2 Passport scanned
Jun 8 RCMP requested
Aug 14 ECAS 2nd in process
Sep 15 Schedule A requested

One quick question: the letter mentions "You can submit a first page of Schedule A (IMM5669 form)".
So should I just submit first page OR the whole form (4 pages including signed page)??
