Got 3rd time refusal today on 8th Jan 2020 at 11:37 PM all updated once
1st correspondence letter at 11:02 PM
2nd correspondence letter was refusal letter “ reason they are not satisfied I will leave at the end of the stay “

Currently working with an MNC as Assistant Manager with hospitality/management profile from last 4 months in India .
Total work experience more than 3 years

What was the reason of refusal? Did you applied for CAIPS notes.?

Reason was not leaving canada at the end of stay

I got an email on Jan 6 stating that my medical has been updated

I have applied for second time at first applied on dec 7 and got result on dec 12 and then again reapplied on dec 18

I applied on 6th dec (SDS), biometrics on 9th and biometrics updated on 11th.

After all the regular updates im still waiting... im thinking of getting a deferral for September 2020 which is the next batch and thts too late sadly..

I've filled rhe webform a couple of times, i don't want to overdo it now.. what should i do? As alot of people with me are waiting and we have no response since the 30th of dec..

Its the same copy pasted, it says its under review and due to the overflow of applications yours in under process... something like tht..
