Thinking you can get PPR one week after submitting additional documents is wishful thinking. I'd expect 2-3 months is more likely.

Sorry. :(

Thx . 4 ur opinion...but cannot be 2-3 months ...because they write back in february 9 th that they start processing and on october 9 th pass already ( 8 months curently processing time at Bucharest VO )..so the delay over this 8 mo. its a week now and from the time they received my file december 15 2011 ....ten months today 15 october 2012 ....so...another 2-3 mo. will be way to loooong.... don't u think...?! from 8 mo.....how they say to 12-13 months...I mean .. Hey,

It could very well be 2-3 months. You posted last week that you were late to have your medical. Having medical after submitting application= delay. You had your medical in May if I remember right. So as we mentioned last week, I would count 8 months from when they received your medical.

Also although Bucharest says 8 months that is for 80% of the applications and not 100%. Things like having late medicals and having to send additional information will delay your application further. If you look at the CIC website it clearly says 80% of applications completed at Bucharest providing APPLICATION IS COMPLETE!!!

ok..I did the med. ''late'' how u say ...because I was waitin' for them to ask me to do med....so,I went there and they give me that form completed already ,with my picture on it ...and then I went to those doctors...and I complete the medical exams...so...was the embassy call....I cannot do medicals just like that...'cause without that piece of paper from them ...nobody talk 2 u...
I really don't know how works there...at London VO ...but here it is how it is...if you know what I mean...

It is not London VO it is every VO. A completed application must include the medical along with application. You can download and print off appendix C from the CIC website and book an appointment with a panel physician prior to sending in your application. This does not differ for any VO in the spousal sponsorship.

ok...maybe i m a lucky one and they will look into my file this week....so help me God...i really hope so cause we can t wait to go....but thk to your replay anyways...good luck to u in Canada !

For Hungary, the applicant is supposed to send in the medical with the application. So doing your medical after this will delay the application.
However, this is only for people being sponsored by their spouse/partner or parent. Zgometel, are you being sponsored, or are you applying under some other class?

Oops, sorry. I checked again, and applicants from Eastern Europe (including Romania) are also supposed to send in their medical with the application. Getting it later will delay things, but not by much I hope, since you did get it done several months ago.
