Got married, filed inland, taking too long, so stressed out....
Missing my country, family and friends so bad...

Fighting, argument, almost everyday...

Wanna finish this,
I got owp after stage 1 approved..
What if I withdraw my app now,
what's gonna happen to my status?
Will I lose my work permit?

I still need to stay here at least 3 more months to clear things out.

For example, divorcing documents stuff...

Pls help...

Only the sponsor can withdraw the application and before a decision is made.
You are in the country with your significant other and even have a work permit to find a job and put food on the table, so the reasons of wanting to quit must be stronger than just "missing home".
Once the withdrawal petition has been granted, yes, you would lose the right to legally be here.

Do I need reasons to withdraw PR application?

And well,, it's not the only reason.."missing home.."

Too much fight and argument got us thinking we are not meant to each other..
And some other reasons too.

Trying to fix it now, but not sure it will work or not.

That's why I need to know what's gonna happen to my work permit after withdraw

You can't withdraw the application, only your sponsor can. I don't think he needs to give a reason, but I'm pretty sure breakdown of marriage would be a reasonable and simple enough explanation if it is required.

Double check because I'm not 100%, but I'm pretty sure your work permit will be revoked as it was only given in the context of the PR application. If that context no longer applies, you're no longer eligible for the work permit.

I'm sure they will give you enough time to clear your stuff out - it wouldn't take 3 months though because the two of you can arrange for shipping etc. via a lawyer (if you're not amicable).

As for divorce papers, you have to have been legally separated for a year before you can file for divorce in Canada (the exception to this rule is in cases of adultery and/or abuse). So you'd have to go home for a year and then apply for a divorce anyway.

Sorry you're going through this, best of luck.

Calm down first. Thinking about when both of you were falling in love. For 1 to 2 years married it is common couple argue each other because 2 persons with different character living together and need time to know each other behaviuors. Many couples don't show it when they are still as a boy/girl friend. The most important thing to do is sharing your problems with someone who you think wise in giving advice. I wish good luck to you.

Thanks,
It's been under a year, so if I want divorce, I go back to my country
do it later I guess...

Thanks for your reply...

No, we have been living together already over a year,
we both understand each others' culture and etc...
But things have been changed after we applied for pr status..

He thinks I'm using him to stay here...
Stuff like that...

It is just.... Ridiculous...

Started from there.

Anyways thanks for your advice.

You could just let the PR application run its course, and then not take up the PR after it has been granted.

In other words, just forget about it... I think you may have more important problems to sort out and if, by some chance, you manage to reconcile, you do NOT want to have "burned your bridges".

On the other hand, if your spouse wants to terminate the application, as sponsor they are perfectly able to do so.
