Please I need clarifications.
1)My ready for visa mail was sent entirely in French even though I don't speak or understand the language and we have been asked to submit passport to France . Is this normal?
2) secondly, I'm currently visiting another country now and will be going back to my COR by the end of February but my dependents are in Spain and we were asked to send our passports together to Paris. Can I send my passport via DHL to my husband in Spain so he can send everything together?
I'm a bit confused and worried as to what to do . I will appreciate any help I can get. Thanks.
