Thank you @legalfalcon for your time and patience. I just have one more question if info sharing is part of background check is it safe to say it is also part of Eligibilty
BGC = Criminality + Security and info sharing.

However, info sharing happens along with criminality early in the processing.

I got my GCMS not and as per it

1. Eligibility .......Passed
2. Criminality ....Passed
3. Info Sharing. Complete
4. Medical.......... Not Started
5. Secirity ...........Not Started

I have submitted AD on 21st February 2020 and it's also show in GCMS :

Status : Assessed

Does that mean my AD are reviewed and passed or still under process, I am asking because in GCKEY Ad show still under review and in GCMS show "Assessed" , so I am confused, please help to to understand.

As per my timeline and GCMS note what you suggest me for medical ?

Should i wait or go for upfront ?

Thanks

See appendix B

https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/resources/manuals/in/in02-eng.pdf

Each country and organisation has its own agreement or MOU, which will ascertain what is shared.
@legalfalcon,could you pls advise me on what to do.My wife applied for a US Visa in 2018 and was denied but we did not declare it since we thought it was only at the interview state. Now the last GCMS note stated REVIEWED REQUIRED on INFO SHARING.Do you think this could be as a result of none declared Visa refusal(she doesnt have any travel history as she didnt get the visa),If yes, what do you advice we do as application is almost 18months old.Pls I need you advice.

Similarly,I also applied in 2015 for US Visa that was denied. This also was not declared during application.Although they are yet to request for it,my concern is the REVIEW REQUIRED on INFO SHARING and an application that's still in processing since June 2019.Thanks

All your visa refusals should be declared in your application, not doing so can lead to misrepresentation. As per law you have an obligation to be truthful. Section 16(1) of the IRPA states:
  • 16 (1) A person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.

See Tuiran v. Canada (Citizenship and Immigration), 2018 FC 324 (CanLII), <http://canlii.ca/t/hr59k
Alalami v. Canada (Citizenship and Immigration), 2018 FC 328 (CanLII), <http://canlii.ca/t/hr6r1>

If your GCMS notes show that the documents have been assessed, then that is it. GCMS notes are more accurate than anything else.

If the GCMS notes states that the documents have been assessed then they have been reviewed and added. There is nothing as passed for additional documents. It is eligibility that is passed, not separate documents.

See #2,521

IF your medicals have been transmitted to IRCC, and after they have been evaluated your medicals will show as passed and this will also be there in your GCMS notes.

@legalfalcon Good day please the last time I called ircc I was told that eligibility passed, criminality passes and security passed and am waiting for final approval and my webform response i got also showed Eligibilty passed criminality and security valid. If this is the case does it mean an Officer has reviewed it? and who gives the final approval?

HI @legalfalcon
Would you please be so kind to help me to understand - what does this section of GCMS means?
While submitting PR application I've mentioned in Statuary questions about previous visitor visa refusal from Greek embassy. Now I see this kind of activity in my GCMS notes. Is this part of the security screening?
