The average time for BGC is 2-3 weeks. Some applications get processed faster and some take more time.

I had created my EE profile in Aug 2016. I have doubt regarding my work experience. The details of my work experience is as below:

Jan2011 to Aug2011 in bank as front desk officer(bank clerk) NOC- not decided
Aug 2011 to May 2013 in same bank as branch sales manger. NOC- not decided.
May 2013 to till date in same bank as branch operations manager- NOC 0122.

While creating the profile in EE I have mentioned my experience as from Jan 2011 to till date in NOC 0122.

My doubts are:-
1. Whether I have made a mistake in updating my work experience?
2. Does it effect my case adversely although I am not getting or claiming extra points for the same as my work experience is already more than 3 years in my applicable NOC?
3. Should I make change in my profile?
4. Does it count as misrepresentation?

Actually I am expecting ITA in next draw as my CRS is 475.

No, this is good.

2. Does it effect my case adversely although I am not getting or claiming extra points for the same as my work experience is already more than 3 years in my applicable NOC?
Since you only get points for the experience you claim, which you have here as NOC 0122, so you are good.

3. Should I make change in my profile?
No need to change your profile. If you still can, you cn do it if you find a comparable NOC. But it will not matter.

4. Does it count as misrepresentation?
No, this is not misrepresentation. Technically you can only show your employment from 2013 to now and just omit other info as you are not claiming points for it.

Actually I am expecting ITA in next draw as my CRS is 475.
All the best!

Hi Legalfalcon

Am an FSW Inland applicant. AOR July 31.
CIC requested CELPIP original report on Aug 16 and uploaded on the same day.
Medical passed and BG in Progress - Aug 17
Schedule A (Spouse) and RCMP CRC request for me - Sep 7
Schedule A uploaded on Sep 13
RPRF Request - Sep 14
RPRF Paid and RCMP CRC uploaded on - Sep 17
Ghost email - Sep 29.

This is my timeline. The RPRF request letter says that i was found eligible under the class I applied and BG(Medical/Security/Criminal) is still in progress. Do you think that I passed eligibility? Can you shed some light on an estimated PPR date based on your experience/knowledge?

I dont know my VO, I guess it is CPC - O. Am from India and my husband is still there.

Thanks for your help.

It is quite normal. Have you ordered GCMS notes. What do they say?

Some applications take longer, do not be concerned, there is nothing wrong with your application.

As per the trends it is, however there is no hard date to substantiate that claim.

If you have received the COPR you will have to land before your medicals expire, usually one year from the day you got it done. You giving a resignation will not affect your PR in anyway, however it is advisable that you do the landing before your medicals expire.

Usually when you have the BGC in progress I would assume the your eligibility is passed, however you should order the GCMS to be absolutely sure. For some applicants the BGC goes to in progress and changes to not needed and then later goes back to in progress, which is normal. Unless your order the GCMS notes you cannot be absolutely sure.

Nothing unusual. Some applications have a delayed start, this does not mean that nothing has progressed. You must order your GCMS notes, that will let you know if your R10 and A11.2 (eligibility are cleared.)
