I am FSW applicant, got additional doc request from onip requesting 12 months continuous payslip of previous company n bank statements from a financial institution for the same period showing payroll deposits.

I have only 6 months statmnt but i have bank statement showing payroll deposit will it be enough??

Actively decline the nomination received by your spouse and inform that province that you are no longer keen on pursuing their PN program. That may help someone else receive that nomination.

If we let it open without declining will it affect our current application?
Is it mandatory to communicate this to his province?
In future if my application was rejected due to some reason can we use that nomination or apply for that?

So I am planning to land on Feb 20 2017. My passport expires in July 2017. Do I need to renew before going?

Also my sister is coming along to stay for 2 weeks. Her passport also expires in July 2017. Does she need to renew before going?

Hi Guys. I have got my PR a couple of months ago and did my landing in may and then came back to my home country in a week. My PR card were mailed to the address provided (family member) and my family member brought it to my home country in-person (so nice of him to do that). Now I am confused if I can travel using the PR card or using COPR (I am in US so can travel by land as well)? If I travel using PR card and if the immigration officer cross verify the dates on my passport then wouldn't they question me on how I got my PR card while I was outside canada? Has anyone done something similar? Please advise.

I received BC pnp nomination under EEBC pnp international graduate and I am positive to receive ITA in next Express entry draw. I received BC pnp nomination approval after 1 day of submission of my application.

My query is about Indian PCC. I have Indian PCC in May this year. In August, I travelled back to India for 3 weeks. So, I think I need to get new Indian PCC. I am again travelling to India in December for around 3 weeks. Can I have PCC from India PSK at around last few days of my trip to India or I should come back and apply from vancouver BLS?

You can travel using the PR card without trouble.
