Dear Asivad,

I am a PNP in province A and I am planning for soft landing. I will provide my friend's address in province B to receive the PR card. Is there a problem in that based on the fact that this address is not in the province that nominated me?

Will this make a problem for me during landing procedures, or might this be considered as an intention not to settle in the province that nominated me?

Thanks buddy

Hi all,

I am PNP applicant got nominated from SINP .
NOC code -2174

i Submitted my PR application to CIC on 19/1/2016 , i am worry about my experience letter because my employer wrote duties and responsibilities in general statements rather than going in more details .Thankfully, i managed to issue new detailed experience letter. should i send the new letter by using CSE ? does it will affect my case?

i already ordered GCSM notes on 18/4/2016 still did not get it.

seniors please advice??

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

I have this question about the Police clearance certificate.

I have been working in Canada since 2014 and I have a Police clearance certificate from my home country that was issued in 2015 January. Is it still valid in case I get an ITA ?

My spouse applied for a Police clearance certificate in Jan2015 from my home country and was issued in Jan2015. She came to Canada in April 2015 and has been here since April 2015. Does her PCC hold valid in case I get an ITA ?

Please suggest.

Hi Asivad. My experience falls under noc 2232, mechanical engineering, but my education is in other field. Though I can prove this experience through ref letters but then what are the chances of acceptence/rejection in this case. M planning to apply under sinp oid. Thanks in advance.

Hi Asivad,

I was just wondering if I can travel to India after doing my landing before I get the PR card?

Hi Asivad,

My wife, who is the principal applicant, has letters from 3 of her previous employers, totaling 6 years of experience.

She made a draft letter on her own and sent it to 2 of those employers with exact same job duties, in the same order. This is because her duties did not change for 4 years. They have been stamped, signed & endorsed by both employers. Both on different letter heads. For the third employer, her job duties are a bit different. Now she is worried that since the duties of 2 companies are exact similar, it might raise suspicion.

Is that a correct assumption or would it not make any difference?

All experience is Foreign, matching the NOC.

Regards
Vaibhav

2 different employer reference letters having the same verbiage is likely to raise doubts.

Provide an address within the same province while landing. You can change it to your friend's address later.

As the same letter got you nominated by SINP, you might be unnecessarily paranoid here. Wait for GCMS notes before sending anything.

Valid if you have never been to that country since Jan '15.

Not valid as it doesn't account for the period Jan - Apr '15.

Please suggest.

Education and work experience need not be in the same field.

Possible. You would need a Travel Document if you want to reenter Canada without having your PR card.

Hi Asivad

What do you do if you are unable to submit the passport within 30 days from the PPR.

Will you get an extension ?

Unlikely and not worth the risk - IRCC may consider such a request under extenuating circumstances but don't count on it.

Hey
Can i ask one question?
I got BC PNP Express entry
I applied for express entry in JAN

Can i apply for Federal paper appication based on my PNP along with express entry?
I am really worried about express entry cause i applied in JAN and i haven't gotton PPR
But others who applied one month later got their PPRs who applied in FEB

So can you please suggest me something ??
And my PNP is expiring on 8th June

Thank you

Cancel representative-Anyone used to/ plan to cancel your representative, pls share & help

I have been experiencing terrified service provided by a Canadian immigration lawyer in Canada.

After 2 years since receiving my 1st deposit, they performed very bad causing the delay in the process. 2 years later, I had to do my own research & coached them what to do with lots of pressures and arising expenses. Finally, just got Nomination from the province. I have paid them 2 times for provincial works and decided not to continue with them for federal steps.

My question: 1) Do I have to use the form "Use of Representative" to declare Cancel Representative and send to the provincial Nominee program (which already issued nomination successfully)?
2) Do I have to attach the form "Use of Representative" to declare Cancel Representative and send to CIO when applying for PR?

Can this bad lawyer affect PNP and/ or CIC to make negative decision on my case?

I am so stressful with this lawyer for years... and still...

Thanks a lot for your sharing!
