Indeed... even in the shorter glimpse that I have taken, he has provided quite pinpointed help to a lot of ppl. May sound stupid but do have just one query - since I'm new to the forum itself, how do you give actually give +1's to someone's profile? Or just the replies to that person does the magic? Thanks.
