How can we know if we are scheduled for test? By calling CIC? waiting for letter or ecas update? which one come first?Thanks!

in my case ECAS first. Then after few days I got the letter
 
I guess call CIC is the fastest way , then eCase and last one letter.
there is a delay for CIC website to be uploaded while CIC call centre is connected to the updated system.

CIC call center agent would be able to see when a letter was mailed out to you even before they update the ECASE, and before you receive it

but checking your ecas is more faster that calling CIC ha ha ha most of the time you need to hold for atleast 10 mins

You consider yourself lucky if it's only 10 minutes lol , but sometimes it's worth it , in my case i called call center in the same day they mailed out a letter to me , so i found out about it before Ecase was updated like 4 days , the actual letter arrived like a week later.
