Hi, My wife wrote the citizenship test on Feb 20 and passed (17/20). She got an email saying that they need my ID's to which she promptly replied. Its been a month and her online status still shows test pending. She tried to reply to the same email (CIC-calgary-citizeship) but no response from them.
Is there something she can do? Please help as we are nervous as to the delay this may cause. Is there an email for the tech center that may be able to help? Her online tracker last updated only on March 2nd
