Q2: What types of applications can be followed through CAS?

A2: You may only use CAS if you have:

sponsored a member of the family class;
applied for permanent residence from within or outside Canada;
applied for a permanent resident card (replacement or renewal);
applied for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship);
applied for Canadian citizenship for a person adopted by a Canadian citizen (on or after January 1, 1947);
applied for a citizenship certificate (proof of Canadian citizenship);
applied to renounce Canadian citizenship; or
applied to resume Canadian citizenship.

Ngayon ko lang nakita ang forum na ito and I just wish to share na I also got my visa. I submitted my requirements on july 15. had the medical at timbol clinic on aug. 9 and submitted the MR to CEM on Aug. 22. The letter stating my visa approval is dated Nov. 12. It's a sigh of relief since I was already considering pulling off my application as early as first week of October. Konting tiis na lang sa mga naghihintay pa dyan. Goodluck to us all!

It's a sigh of relief since I was already considering pulling off my application as early as first week of October. Konting tiis na lang sa mga naghihintay pa dyan. Goodluck to us all!

Ano po ang AOR? Sensya na po. Kung yung letter po informing na nareceive nila ang application ko at klangan ko na magpamedical within 15 days, if my memory serves me right it is dated July 30. Pero nareceive ko lang ang letter from the consultancy on Aug. 6.

Darating din yan. Di ko alam kung bakit bumagal ang processing kasi yung mga nauna sa akin is 45 days after ng medical nya ay dumating na ang kanyang visa. around june sya nakarating ng canada. yung isa dumating mga feb.

Another thing na nakakapagtaka is wala pa ang visa ni misis. ako ang main applicant at parang accessory sya so i thought dapat sabay dumating ang visa namin. may idea ka ba dito? baka ang mangyari ay mauna na ako kay misis.
