Temporary Work permit application

Hi everyone, my concern is,, i found an employer that is willing to sponsor me in going to canada as caregiver, is it possible that they will first apply for the Temporary work permit for me since the processing time of regular work permit here in the phillipines will take forever.. and after which the TWP has been approve and and already working in canada, is it possible that they can apply for my permanent work permit?

can anyone also know the step by step process of temporary work permit application?

A regular / permanent work permit and a temporary work permit are the same thing. Unfortunately there's no way to avoid the long processing time.
